I really love getting to collaborate with designers to create props and help the stage management team to bring the different shows together.
The first thing I did when I started at NTS was to tidy and reorganize the prop store, this helped to make finding things easier and let me know all the different props we had to better advice visiting creative teams.
I have done antiracism training, carbon literacy training, and emergency first aid at work training through the company, and become part of the Green team, a group pushing for more sustainable and lower carbon production.
